Support for Moms
Participants will receive $20 upon enrollment and up to $140 total in gift cards and other incentives to help you stay motivated to quit.
You’ll get support from Amanda and your health care provider to help you stay healthy for you and your baby.

First Breath Families is a free program that helps pregnant women quit smoking through one-on-one counseling and personalized goal setting. We are looking for pregnant women who have smoked in the last 6 months, with expected delivery dates on or before October 31st, 2016, to receive home visits, phone calls, and help quitting smoking from our Health Educator, Amanda Brenden, in Northwestern Wisconsin.
